Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo will a charity dinner benefitting Al Jalila Foundation’s Road to Awareness campaign, November 13, 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Alfredo Russo joins forces with Patrizia Di Benedetto for the Starwood/Marriott International Initiative, the only Michelin star chef in Palermo and the only female with the distinction in all of Sicily. Di Benedetto interprets savory Sicilian ingredients in a modern fashion at Palermo’s Bye Bye Blues. Also rendering their expertise for this humble night is one starrred Michelin Chefs, Chef Paolo Gramaglia and Chef Tommaso Arrigoni. Chef Paolo Gramaglia  is much known for his Campania flair strokes in his version of dishes whereas Chef Tommaso Arrigoni who is more recognized for his technical approach because of experience he has gained while working at Michelin-starred restaurant in 1995.

Dinner guests encounter the synergy of Russo’s innovations and Di Benedetto’s distinct Mediterranean cuisine. The evening encompasses a cocktail reception, live cooking demonstrations of each course, a raffle and live auction.

The Al Jalila Foundation is a non-profit organization by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Mahtoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of Dubai. The 2016 Road to Awareness campaign organizes fundraising efforts for the treatment of cancer and other chronic childhood illnesses in the UAE.
