THE ITALIAN AMBASSADOR DINNER BRINGS THE SUMMIT TO ABU DHABI FOR THE FIRST TIME

Nine Ambassadors and many other guest were under the roof of the UNITED NATIONS by ITALIAN CUISINE at Bice Restaurant in the Etihad Tower Abu Dhabi. The Dinner continues a tradition of the Summit, initiated three years ago in Dubai, when the Italian Ambassador in the UAE shares a meal signed by a Summit Master Guest Chef with some of his prestigious colleagues. The occasion of this was even more important because the Dinner marked the opening of the Italian Cuisine in the World Week of which the Summit was a world preview. With the Italian Ambassador Liborio Stellino and his wife there were the following Ambassadors: José Eugenio Salarich (Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain), Patrizio Fondi (Delegation of the European Union), Patrick Hennessy (Embassy of Ireland), Merete Juhl (Royal Danish Embassy), Masud Husain (Embassy of Canada), Frank J.M. Mollen (Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands), Joaquím Moreira De Lemos (Embassy of Portugal) and Robert Rostek (Republic of Poland).
The Dinner was signed by Michelin Starred Chef Paolo Gramaglia who was assisted in this occasion by Chef Marcello Rivetti (Bice Group Corporate Executive Chef) and in house chef Giuseppe Sparagna.
