Qualifications to Risotto World Contest 2016

The pre-Summit started with the qualifying round of the Risotto World Contest 2016 held at ICCA. 18 contenders tried to bring on the table of the jury, chaired by chef Gianluigi Gerosa (VP Culinary development at kerzner international), chef instructor Marco Morana, Maurizio Pelli (The Culinary Clinic), gourmet and restaurant owner Luigi Angelini, sommelier and founder of TastedAndRated.com Luca Gagliardi. The first 3 chefs qualified to the final which will be held at the Speciality Food Festival, Dubai World Trade Center, in the stand of the 8th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2016 in Dubai.

The following chefs will compete at the finals, the 9th of November at Dubai World Trade Center, Summit Kitchen Demo Area
