RISERVA SAN MASSIMO RISOTTO WORLD CONTEST 2016 – THE WINNER

The finals of the contest were held in the Summit Demo Kitchen area of the Food Speciality Festival. The winner has been Pedro Solis of the Cucina restaurant at JW Marriott Deira. He had qualified together with Arun Thyagarajan of Certo Restaurant (Radisson Blu Hotel) and Gabriele Pezzimenti of Al Fresco Restaurant – Crowne Plaza Hotel Sheik Zayed Road. The qualifying round was held at ICCA – the International Centre for Culinary arts.
