Qualifications to Pasta Premier League 2016

The qualifying of the Pasta Premier League 2016 have been held at ICCA. 17 cooks competed and were evaluated by a Jury chaired by chef Micheel Uwe (president of Emirates Culinary Guide) and formed by chef instructor Francois Giussani (ICCA), chef Luther Maitland (SCAFA, School of Culinary and Finishing Arts Dubai) , food expert Maria Luisa Panzica La Manna, gourmet and restaurant owner Luigi Angelini. The first 3 chefs qualified to the final which will be held at the Speciality Food Festival, Dubai World Trade Center, in the stand of the 8th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2016 in Dubai.

The following chefs will compete at the finals, the 7th of November at Dubai World Trade Center, Summit Kitchen Demo Area
