Luigi Tramontano is the son of art even the father Antonio’s chef and it is he who has led immediately to relevant learning experiences including deserves to be counted l’Etoile Academy.
 A native of Campania, has been able to expand the typical regional passion for the kitchen with new ideas derived from gastronomic experiences. He has collaborated with some of the most popular hotels and Italian restaurants, including the De Russie in Rome and the Grand Hotel Quisisana. The experience at “Don Alfonso 1890”, restaurant 2 Michelin stars Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, has helped to broaden his horizons, pointing to the spread of Mediterranean cuisine in the world. Japan and Central America were some of the goals of its educational visits.
From 2010 until January 2013 Luigi Tramontano has led the restaurant “The Flute of Pan” at Villa Cimbrone, Ravello, getting the coveted one Michelin star.
Arrives at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento with the role of Executive Chef in March 2013 with the mission to bring the gourmet restaurant Terrazza Bosquet at a higher level and to develop all the restaurants of the Excelsior Vittoria.
In November 2013, the Michelin Guide immediately recognizes the star to “Bosquet Terrace”, and in recent years the restaurant has achieved incredible results in terms of employment and customer satisfaction, ranking among the best table in Campania.
His is a signature cuisine that combines, exalting them, the typical ingredients of the local and national tradition with elegance and vivacity, his dishes are meticulously prepared and presented with almost maniacal attention to counterpoint of textures, the colors overlap, the precision of cooking.
