The career of Simone Padoan, born in 1971, kicks off in 1994 in the town of San Bonifacio, a few km to Verona. In the same place, but as renewed, where today the headquarters pizzeria I Tigli. The offer is simple and traditional: the classic pizzeria in the country with some original reworking paper. In 1999 the turning point, which coincides with a crisis of Padoan. He suddenly decides to question his work all in search of a new identity. He wants to learn and explore. And it does so with the help of friends, chefs and bakers who led him, through several sleepless nights, the discovery of matters before of extreme quality, technical best cooking and baking from yeast. Simone since a kid wanted to pursue a career in the culinary field, but fate did not help him, but this search, this breakthrough, leads him to find a point of meeting between his two great passions: the traditional pizza and dish for gourmand. From that moment, offers to his customers tasting evenings until, one day, a crew from Matrix television broadcast (carried out at the time Enrico Mentana) swoops in pizza for a service that launches it to the headlines.
