A few meters from the archaeological site and the Pontifical Shrine of Pompeii, The President restaurant is now the ideal location to get excited at the table. In the kitchen the team is coordinated by the chef Paolo Gramaglia, the owner of the prestigious restaurant. After the mathematical graduation, chef Gramaglia has closely followed the teachings of his father Salvatore, paying great attention to their territory of origin. He converted his passion for history and travel in culinary expressions unique and unforgettable. From the kitchen to the reinterpretation of traditional recipes of Campania region, from the recovery of ancient recipes of Domus Pompeiana with the excellent food inspired to Europe cuisine  and flavors from overseas; the President is a continuous discovery. The ultimate expression of the Good Taste, presented in the room with grace and elegance from Laila Buondonno with a professional team, very well trained to incorporate the needs of customers.
The President was born in 1993 as a family business. In 2006, Paolo stands alone in command of the restaurant and gives a more specific characterization of his place and his kitchen, the awards soon followed with the presence of all the most influential leaders of the industry, both domestic and foreign, Michelin Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Slow Food, Touring, Routard, Globe trotter Travel Guide, to name a few. The year 2015 is the year of the President. Paolo Gramaglia gets first hat from Espresso Guide and, then, the consecration of the great gastronomy, with the prestigious Michelin star..
