Salerno After obtaining diploma at the training school for the hotel trade in 1997, Giuseppe had some working experiences abroad, in California, Australia, China and Thailand. When he cames back to Italy he continued working in the kitchens of starred restaurantes. Since 2011 he has been leading the kitchen at Le Trabe. He favours a traditional cooking, linked to the products of the territory, with intense and recognizable flavours realized with modern cooking techniques and influences from all over the world in matching and perfumes. At the year 2013 he was awarded of the Michelin Stars.The restaurant is part of Tenuta Capodifiume, a very well tended park with breathtaking sights overlooking nature and the surrounding landscape. The garden and waters, lights and colours, history: here everything is emotion, everything is an invitation to dream.
