Starting the hotel’s school at 13 years old, I earned a brilliant high school diploma. To my school curriculum, I joined my first hotel’s experiences that made me understand what was going to be my future, highlighting the passion and dedication to this wonderful world, “the Cook” what a beautiful word, as said by the famous Antonio De Curtis “Toto”.
Today, I manage a restaurant of excellence and reached prestigious goals included guides and crowning a little dream with the first Michelin’s star arrived on Nov. 4, 2014 a date I will never forget.
