Born in Brescia on 24.01.1991, as a teenager he discovered his passion for cooking. He attended the IPSSAR “Mantegna” in Brescia. During the school has been working at the restaurant “Villa Aurora”, Soiano del Lago, on Lake Garda, after the restaurant “La Sosta” and “Lumaca” both in Brescia.
After graduation he began his professional career at “L’Artigliere” in Brescia under the starred Chef Davide Botta, member of the important European association “Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe”, continuing the collaboration even after the local transfer in Verona province. His resourcefulness and the desire for professional growth were directed to the restaurant in Imperia “Agrodolce”, formerly Michelin-starred, to work under the direction of Chef Andrea Sarri, President of the association of which Botta is a member. Then his progress, his skills and the desire to get in the game allowed him to take over the Chef Sarri after he moved elsewhere. The autonomy conquered then offered him the opportunity to express the talent and passion concretizing the study and the ongoing search for new combinations, sometimes daring, and combinations of flavors that excite and amaze.
