The 7th edition Italian Cuisine World Summit will start on October 27 to November 6 2015 in Dubai and will bring together Michelin-starred chef and people from food industry, restaurants, lifestyle sector and media. In 7 years, the Summit has become the most influential event promoting Italian quality food and beverage in the world, celebrating for the third year Dubai as an exciting and inimitable food destination and the new capital of Italian cuisine outside its own country. The Italian Cuisine World Summit is promoted by itchefs-GVCI.com, a network of more than 2,500 chefs and culinary professionals working in 70 countries around the world, in collaboration with the best Italian restaurantsin Dubai and is managed by Exquisite Communications DMCC.

Over 25 Michelin starred Master Guest Chefs coming from Italy plus many others coming from the best Italian Restaurants around the world, will be the protagonists of the Summit. The event will focus on promoting the traditional Italian cuisine, its contemporary interpretations and quality ingredients, as well as Italian fashion, design and lifestyle. The Summit is designed for Made in Italy companies interested in supporting their products and image both in Dubai and the Middle East Market, not only into the agro-industrial sector. It is also a great opportunity for Dubai or Middle East-based companies representing Italian firms or providing quality services to the local market, as well as companies and institutions interested in encouraging Dubai as a food capital and global tourist destination.

The Summit will be held together with the Speciality Food Festival (DWTC 27th-29th October 2015) where the exciting culinary competitions will be organized; the Best Italian Pizza World Contest, the Risotto World Contest, the Best Espresso in the UAE Competition, and the Pasta Premier League . It will also host Master Classes conducted by Michelin-starred Master Guest Chefs, and other foodie experiences introducing new Italian products to the Middle East market.
