Summit farewell party - The Awards

With a trio of spectacular risottos by Master Chef Sergio Vineis the edition 2015 of the Italian Cuisine World Summit concluded in Dubai. During the farewell party the winners of the Favourite Italian Summit Restaurant survey were proclaimed: Trattoria Toscana was the winner, followed by Positano (2nd place) and Alta Badia (3rd place). Trattoria Toscana won 2000 Kg of Pasta (the suplly of one year) given by Barilla, n.1 Pasta in Italy, and also Main Partner of the award. Special Appreciations awards, for their impressive support to the success of the Summit, went to Simone Luca Gagliardi and Walter Potenza. We will be back again in 2016.
